9月18日（土）ELC学校説明会・体験入学会実施プラン変更のお知らせ

New plan for the ELC Open House on Saturday, September 18th, 2021

今週土曜日に予定しておりました９月１８日（土）の学校説明会・体験入学会について、新型コロナウィルス感染症予防の観点から下記の通り実施内容を変更することになりましたのでお知らせします。

１，学校説明会

→予定通り本校施設内にて実施。各ご家庭より１名様まで参加可能。

２，体験入学会

→中止。お子様の預かり保育も無しとさせて頂きます。

体験入学会の実施についてはぎりぎりまで検討を致しましたが、宮城県内での新型コロナウィルス感染症の状況が未だ予断を許さないことから、小さなお子様を多人数でお預かりすることは適切でないと判断し、やむを得ず体験入学会を中止とさせて頂くことになりました。また、同様の理由により、預かり保育も無しとなります。

上記変更により9月18日（土）のご来校が難しいご家庭には、学校資料を郵送にてお送り致します。

３，オンライン説明会の追加実施

対面での学校説明会の代替案として、Zoomを使用したオンラインでの学校説明会の実施を検討しております。

実施日・時間等詳細が決まりましたら、ホームページ上にてご案内致します。

当日ご来校頂けない方はもちろん、遠方にお住まいの方にもオンライン学校説明会への参加をご検討頂けますと幸いです。

４，個別学校見学の実施

土曜日の説明会への参加有無にかかわらず、普段の子どもたちの授業の様子をご覧いただける個別学校見学のご予約を随時受け付けております。（1日2組まで・先着順）

個別説明・質問への回答など含め所要時間約１時間程のご案内となります。

Hello. We hope this email finds you well.

This is Ms.Okamura of Horizon Sendai administration office.

We are sending this email to those who booked ELC Open House and Trial Lessons that we are going to hold on Saturday, September 18th.

We regret to announce to you that we have decided to change our initial plan of Open House and Trial Lesson as shown below due to the influence of COVID-19.

１，Open House

→ We are going to have an Open House as we initially planned at our facility. Up to 1 person per family is welcomed to join the session.

If you visit us with your child, your child needs to be with you during the session.

２，Trial Lessons

→ Cancelled. There will be no daycare service as well.

We really want to have the trial lesson for your child/ren, but since the situation of the COVID-19 infection in Miyagi prefecture is still unpredictable, we think it is not appropriate to take care of a large number of young children. Thus we decided to have neither trial lessons nor daycare service.

For families who find it difficult to join the Open House session on Saturday, September 18th due to the above changes, we will mail school documents to your registered address.

If you cancel your visit on the day, we kindly ask you to reply to this email or let us know by phone.

３，Online Open House will be available

As an alternative plan, we are considering holding an online open house using Zoom.

Once the details have been decided, we will inform you on the website.

We hope this helps not only those who cannot come to the school on the day but also those who live far away from Miyagi to get to know more about our school.

４，We offer individual school tour

In addition, we also accept reservations for individual school visits on weekday morning time. (Up to 2 groups per day, first-come-first-served basis)

During the school tour, you can see how our students spend their day at Horizon.

It will take about 1 hour to guide you, including individual explanations and answers to questions.
